Alien: Isolation...

just been looking at this and im on the fence after the last few aliens games that have sucked hard im going to wait and not dive in regardless of how they look.
 
I'll wait till it's out as the last Aliens game was a disaster and everyone was saying that looked amazing.

Fingers crossed for an actual good game though.

Slender or other such games manage with you on your own and one bad guy chasing you and you gotta outwit em and im led to believe slender and the others are popular or were. So I really cant see why a aliens game with barely any weapons or ammo and just one or a few aliens in which you dont go chasing but escape from, couldnt be a good game. Maybe this is what all the alien games have been missing for all this time. most are run and gun as many as you can down, your not scared of em cos of all the guns and ammo. Wasnt the point of alien about tension and what the killer was mostly, yes mostly..

If its coming to pc and is done well i.e no gearbox lol but someone like bethesda maybe or iD maybe i dunno might be ok.
 
it looks amazing so far, just like you are in the first film. im looking forward to it, may need a good supply of underwear though lol.
 
Horror based Alien game? Check
Xenomorph uncoiling from a ceiling? Check
Classic Alien siren sound from the original trailer? Check

All looking good so far. I'm apprehensive because games rarely, RARELY get these very delicate things right. Its on my radar now, so I'll keep an eye on it.
 
lol another aliens game, made by CA(the people behind the terrible, falsely advertised R2TW) and published by the same company responsible for R2TW, COH2 and aliens:CM. lol
