Alien: Isolation...

Sega won't go for no guns if they want to sell high numbers.

Horror/survival games are quite in vogue. There might be flamers, but there were no weapons in the first Alien movie.

I don't think the game would really work if all you'd have to do is let go with a M41A Pulse Rifle and kill the single alien. Boom, job done!

This looks a lot better then Aliens:CM and the trailer looks awesome.

Really happy it's coming to PC since when I first it was going to be for Consoles only.

The second trailer showing the game play scared the crap out of me, I be jumping a lot playing this.

Yeah, if they want to reach the dizzy heights the Colonial Marines' sales reached, there better be some guns in there :p

Call me crazy if you want, but seeing this game has made me want to play Colonal Marines again.

You're crazy. But seriously, I didn't find it as bad as a lot of people said, although it definitely isn't a good game.

SOLD

Tbh I have enjoyed them all so far, sure the last one had a "few" story issues but for action they have all been good.

Judging from comments in here, YouTube etc. looks like this is going to be a huge seller like CM from blind consumers who dont test the water before divin in... after being scolded the first time. If it turns out to be awful again I think i'll drown in my own tears of laughter. :)

Hope not though as we need a good Alien game, but people really ought to wait until its released to judge it after CM surely? From the sounds of it the amount of potential day one buyers is worrying.

The devs seem to be fully engrossed in the original film and they themselves acknowledge how poor CM was. Considering they are using everything from the original film world right down to items and props I think it's a solid bet this will be excellent unlike CM.

Colonial Marines had plenty of detail lifted directly from the film. That was probably the best thing about it. Impossible to tell if it is good until we start getting impressions from people who've played it, but I certainly hope you're right.
