Alien: Isolation...

All I care about is 21:9 support. I'm pretty confident this game will definitely deliver. I should order some spare pants too.

In an interview with Gamingbolt, Gary Napper of The Creative Assesmbly discussed how long it should take players to complete Alien: Isolation saying, “The play-time for the game is kind of tricky. Because of the systematic AI and because of the fact that so many different things can happen. You can have some players that will play for a long time and never seen the alien. Other players will have deadly stand-offs and die a few times and maybe some humans might appear or androids. So, we see massively varied game-times from this way. But we are kind of aiming for a 12-15 hour campaign.”

glad to hear that, to be honest im such a huge fan of the alien movies (yes even Resurrection and the AvP stuff :p ). As long as its poop yer pants scary im gonna be getting my moneys worth from it.

I just love the ambience. The way everything is doing something on the ship, vents hiss and blow smoke, lights flash, props littered all over with great detail on theXB1 and can be examined up close, broken piping throw out flames and the flames emit real time particle effects and heat haze, doors opening and closing has a multitude of mechanical noises about their action and the UI looks very easy to get to grips with as well.

I simply cannot wait to get on board the ship in ultra widescreen glory :D
 
It seems EBGames Australia is the only place getting the Steelbook Ripley Edition with the Mini Artbook, and they dont ship internationally :(
