Thank you for that. £20 for a new game is fair in my eyes. Will likely purchase the game from them if the price stays the same.

Never used this website before, is it safe and good to use?

I've used it 4/5 times with no issues and had my keys within minutes, however that's just me.
 
If only people did this in the first place then paid for DLC would never exist. To late to pull the I won't buy now card as every game does it pretty much.
 
They should have known people would get confused. It's basically a survival horror game. Having a mode called 'survivor' is bound to get people in a knot :D
 
I am very confused.

What I read is that pre-order you get the full Alien Isolation game + Crew expendable add on.

But the survivor mode and a few other bits and bobs will come out in segments at later dates for additional cost.

Is this correct?

Yep thats correct. There are at least 2 other Crew Expendable DLC you have to buy 1 is GAME PC-DVD Rom version only exclusive. In March 2015 all DLC is available for all to buy but its unclear if Sega will sell the crew expendable DLC on its own as its not part of the Season pass (or not a season pass if it does not include all content :rolleyes: ).

Right now it looks like the Season Pass only buys you the Survivor 5 x mode DLC you get with Season Pass the game comes with 1 Survivor Mode map for all buyers. Season pass is sold with the game on Steam for a 25% pre-order discount.

I worked out right now it will cost a minimum of £50-57 to buy all content for this game on PC so you have to either wait or pay the price!

So many different versions for sale as well.

I will wait I just do not see this game being very long even if its amazing the length is small survivor mode is just padding reusing levels form the main game in another game mode.

Well I have studied probably every review and trial reported. I was under the impression the main game is very long with hundreds/thousands of ways to complete. Apparently you can complete it without killing anything.

The space station it is set on, the Sevastopol is literally gigantic. It also houses technology not derived from Weyland Yutani. There are rival corporation androids and other survivors on board who you interact with.

I would be surprised if it is a short game although I can see what you are saying which is concerning.
 
Does the £20 download version on that Instant Gaming site come with the Nostromo stuff? Just making sure as that's the main thing attracting me to the game right now

I doubt that.

I just noticed that I never enabled my welcome pack from GMG and that gives me 26% off.

I might use that to purchase the season pass or even the full game from GMG instead from instant-gaming. Hmm saying that, I might register a other account with GMG and use a family members address to get a second discount code. :D
 
With this and The Evil Within coming out soon, it's going to be a good October for horror fans.

Also if it's true that some former Crytek devs are working on this, I have no doubt it will look absolutely amazing.

Someone has managed to put up a decent quality video 2 hours ago of the survivor gameplay it does not really answer any questions though just adds to the puzzle about the main game quality/length.

That just scared the crap out of me haha, I knew it was coming but I still jumped when the first Alien came running.
 
Just how amazing does the ambience look in that video! The sounds, the ship feels alive and that's just a video of someone playing! The way those hatch doors open like a camera aperture is awesome too :D
 
Watching that video terrified me, made me jump a few times and my heart was beating like crazy, having thoughts of not getting the game now since I know I be poo'ing myself silly.

I have a special ralationship with the Alien series, so stuff like that game and others like it really strike me to my core.
