Dude, give me some time to set it up and play some games and complain about how I can't see a difference between it and my old TN panel first before low balling me like that man!
You've got untill 11pm tonight (when the transfer window closes) to make a decision and get it over to my house so the contract can get signed etc. We also have to do an inspection (medical) on the monitor to make sure it's in good nick.
Not helpful @TNA
The VRR flicker is really ruining this monitor at times for me so much that I am actually considering switching back to the aw34dw now. First time playing TLOU on this panel and even with hitting 70+ fps, it just flickers like mad, think this is the worst case scenario I have seen.
Hmmm, Dell only give a 2 week window iirc and he's had it a fair bit longer than that...so he is sending the 4K panel back for a full refund while he can
If anyone did not get that, I am able to read between the lines.
What he is saying is, he could not find a buyer for his ultrawide monitor and does not want to stick it on eBay so he is sending the 4K panel back for a full refund while he can
Oh and it did not help that I managed to get the monitor considerably cheaper than what he paid
On a separate note @Nexus. Have you tried setting the monitor to 120hz and trying? Not like 120hz is a slouch in a single player game like that.
Report back if you can please

Nah I could sell the aw34dw (friend said he would buy for £600 )
Nope and I'm not doing that, one of the main reasons I got this monitor and keeping it is for the increased responsiveness etc. with the increased refresh rate (which is noticeable even if not hitting 120+ fps)
Does he take a lot of crack???friend said he would buy for £600
Be funny if true.
Nexus frantically calls Dell to find out....
Dell tell him to **** off..
Nexus comes back and says he found a fix for the issue he had in that video and it is not a problem no more
M8's rates?
But it would be in like very rare instances. If the vrr flicker was very bad across a big range of games mrk, you and the Internet would have said so by now.
I would rather game at 120hz 4K full stop then go back to the old potato personally
So, you are keeping both monitors?
Does he take a lot of crack???
Tbh I'd take it, friend of mine got £500 for his DW locally.TBF, it's still an incredible monitor and one of the best, if not the best for just gaming. No burn in, best VRR experience you can get on oled and 21.9. Sure could buy a DWF brand new for similar price on deals but given it lacks the gsync module, it's an inferior gaming experience. If I didn't have any monitors right now and was buying a monitor now, I would 100% take a aw34dw for £600 over any other OLED for £700+ and ride that out until a new oled monitor came out with proper gsync or at the very least, an oled monitor that doesn't have VRR flicker.
Also why the **** are you playing TLOU again? Didn't you complete that already? Thought you did not revisit games?
Not exactly a game I would want to replay again any time soon and I actually do replay games as you know
