Most of those goals were in Japan weren't they? This season alone Hazard has almost beaten Kagawa's scoring record from his entire time at Dortmund.

only slightly, 3 more goals and 2 more assists i think.

Still, it was purely a 'flame' post, not intended to really point anything significant out.

Personally id rather have anyone but Hazard purely from the way he has conducted himself throughout the whole saga (if it all comes out as true of course).

I do believe so. Unfortunately everyone has picked up those stats and run with them so they're all over the place now, despite being fairly meaningless.

That aside, he does look an excellent player, and would be ideally suited to play behind Rooney.

If you've got 15 minutes spare, this is a good showcase of his talents, I know Youtube videos are a bit of a farce, but his ability can't be questioned:

6.5m is a strange gamble for a newly promoted side, I would have expected an established side like Stoke spending that or something.

Snoddy, hmmm, depends, there is serious talk of two firms wanting to buy the club, if one does then he will sign as we will actually be able to spend money which is all Snodgrass wants and who can blame him? The lack of ambition Bates has is so depressing. Such a ****.

Right now though he will certainly leave I think.

It's gone up to a reported 7m

It is a bit of a gamble in the sense that it isn't instantly strengthening the squad but the chairman and manager has been playing a game with transfers picking players who are young and looking to prove their talent. It's worked so far so I can only trust they know what they are doing, even with 7m...

I didn't realise there is interest in someone buying Leeds! That would be a nice change as everything iv seen has had Warnock looking a bit sad with more players having ambitions to leave the club, Snodgrass being one of the more sort after player.

He does seem decent, he's definately the type of player we need in my opinion.

Hopefully there won't be much to choose between Kagawa and Hazard if/when they start playing over here. Best case scenario Hazard turns out to be an expensive show pony, which is very possible :D. Would have liked to find out with him in our side though :(.

Apparently Kagawa to Man Utd is a done deal according to the German sports paper 'Kicker' (and some other German press). 15m Euro's with some other clauses in there too.

Hope it's true. :)

Starting to sound promising £12m up front rising to £17.5m with performances etc sounds like a great deal if it comes off:)

Well I understood the quality of Ligue 1 to be well below the Bndesligue (although you can only play those put in front of you, as the old saying goes)

Majority of stats are meaningless though (thats why Politicians love them so much lol)

RvP's missus and mum want him to stay at Arsenal:

"Arsenal showed faith in Robin when he was going through a lean time, so we should not repay them by thinking about other clubs," she was quoted as saying in the Sun. "Our home life and our children are happy in London."

Van Persie's mother Jose added: "Arsenal love him and that's a great incentive to stay. Arsenal are a fantastic club. They have no debts and Robin is idolised there."

Really hope he re-signs for us.

simply lol @ this hazard scenario

looks like he is a chelsea player and he'll fit right in. we all know what chelsea are :D

as much as i wouldn't wish a torrid time on mata, as i think he is a class act, i do hope hazard upsets the apple cart and he looks for a move. i also hope lampard takes an instant dislike to him

maybe roman is going to go a little crazy with the cash and still go in for modric?

Gervinho and Chamakh were sooo good in France and look how they turned out in the EPL... Hazard looks decent but I'm not sure if he is going to have such an impact as everyone is making out...

Also hope Kagawa comes to Man Utd, looked great every time I saw Dortmund play on TV.

Took the words right out of my mouth, i think he will fit right in with a team full of egotistical muppets with their leader being Terry:p

More rumours of the Hulk being linked with a £30mill+ deal to Chelsea, seems like they have been after him forever now and the the funniest one i have read this morning is Walcott being linked with Chelsea:p.

The transfer could cost Chelsea up to £78m altogether - with a £35m transfer fee, Hazard's wage demands totalling £4.6m a year, and a huge £6m agent fee

WOW

giovani looking like he could be loaned to swansea. i wonder if we'll get naughton back? could be a good chance to see whether giovani can cut it in the prem. he's obviously got talent and shows it in brief flashes of pure skill but he wont want a place on spurs bench again.

Indeed i hope so, he has said that his family ie wife and kids are settled in London so thats a good sign plus he loves Arsenal but on the other hand, he wants to win trophies...which we havent for a number of yrs now so i can kinda sympathise with him with his reluctance to sign a new deal.

But hopefully after the Euros, we will find out one way or another what his plans are.
