Amazon Prime sucks massive donkey balls

Customer services don’t seem to care at all when there is an issue.
same with most other places these days, they know they can just fob people off and they have almost no options.

all customer support people seem to even do these days is select answers from a multiple choice list.

my as well not be a human agent, if they are anyway

subscribe&save learned a lesson need to add new items to subscribe and save immediately if you see a good price - as it then seems to be locked in& and reserved (something I was prevaricating on shot up)
maybe - could also cancel and reschedule earlier subscribe and saves too, for that benefit.

like others I don't understand amazon logistics which don't group stuff in one delivery, to save carbon footprint, even if you had to wait - if they are at same hub.
 
Ordered something on Amazon late last Friday. Missed the deadline for Saturday delivery by 10-15 minutes.

Came back from work Saturday evening and it was delivered at 12:20pm
 
I may keep prime just for shopping/delivery stuff for convenience, but dont like to pay and extra to remove ads! I would have liked if they did the same like Netflix and lowered the price with an ad supported tier while keeping the same ad free.
 
I get so frustrated with their delivery drivers, they constantly ignore my delivery instructions and just dump my parcels wherever they please. Countlessly give negative feedback on this but makes no difference to them....its just "how many parcels can I 'deliver' in as quick a time as possible".

Just keep doing ‘item not received’ and you’ll soon get items properly delivered.

That's not surprising given they get 'bonus pay' to deliver as many as possible in as short a time as possible, at least based on something I read the other day about Evri. What annoys me is that they are seemingly incapable of shutting doors properly. They have no problem pulling the handle down to open our porch door but can't be bothered to pull it up when they've closed it and instead leave it swinging in the wind. Pure laziness.

Had a delivery today, just happened to go outside for something and saw the box just sitting there in the rain. A lot of them aren't bothering to even knock the door now, let alone ring the doorbell.
The **** managed to take a photo of the delivery though.
 
Yeah. Living in a mid-terrace that opens directly onto the pavement is a right pain when it comes to deliveries. If possible I have Amazon parcels delivered to the Amazon lockers at work, although, worryingly, I have heard from one driver I saw putting packages into the lockers that some other drivers refuse to deliver to said lockers due to it's location.
 
Amazon is getting worse, lately nobody wants to even knock on a door to drop a parcel off or walk up a couple of stairs.
As well as PrimeVideo website is a pile of dog dump.
