My apologies, I miss-read, but I did edit really quickly.
I hope you logged the IP of the bots that brought OCUK to a stand still(if you can).
Please remember that any mention of competitors, hinting at competitors or offering to provide details of competitors will result in an account suspension. The full rules can be found under the 'Terms and Rules' link in the bottom right corner of your screen. Just don't mention competitors in any way, shape or form and you'll be OK.

They need competition, both companies can at this point do whatever they like, and consumers have few if any options. It's a recipe for disaster, and this is what we are now seeing.
Well it was at least easier for us not having to F5 to see what was available.
Decent comms from OCUK and a pretty poor showing all round from AMD, practically gifting the market to NV with that insane price increase on the AIB’s
Yeah, people need to realise that even if AMD messed up it's not like you can simply say "oh well I'll just get an RTX 3080".
Ah yes another entertaining launch by AMD...
6800 AIB cards are geting a bit too close to 3080,6800xt prices, have to be a loon to buy a 6800 partner card, even though theres no stock of any of themThe MRSP's are insane for some cards. Almost like some are banking in on the shortage.
They've also just been party to the launch of the next gen consoles and the Zen3 CPUs - which compete for manufacturing space with the GPUs. Demand for all is high - and there's only so much space at TSMC.They really are snatching defeat from the jaws of victory![]()
@Tinek is 100% correct. All of the 3080 cards which hit MSRP at launch were based on back end manufacturer, limited quantity, price support. We oversold on every one of these, yet we honoured the price despite not having enough support to cover it.
