I'd love to see a cheaper (~£500-£550) version with the same GPU and 8gb VRAM. It seems an odd choice to offer 16gb when HBM2 is so expensive.

Maybe when partner cards come March onwards they may consider it or may not. Expect to be £549 if happens.

Gonna be a laugh seeing prices on launch day. The usual early adopter tax combined with the usual spin of s&d, pound Vs dollar bla bla bla.

Not enough on Ryzen 2, sob :(. Looked good performance in the straight compare though - vs 9900K. Wonder if that means the IPC is as good/better given that they were comparing 8c16t parts?
IMO Vega 7 looked good but one of the games will be giving the 20 series a nice boost soon (due to DLSS being implemented) and of course doesn't have RT. Will be good to see more stats. As a workstation card it'll probably outperform the 2080.
Will be good to see how the Vega 7 efficiency compares too.
Also sounds like new CPU's won't be arriving until closer to mid-year.

Well quite a good stream.
Got to laugh at the fact that the only new product was the one that people said it wouldn't happen.

Radeon V11 is quite a product, 16 GB HBM2 and matching a RTX2080 but $100 cheaper, not bad at all.

Isn't it normally a 1:1 ratio?

I'd expect £700 without gouging.
No, it's very rarely actually 1:1. American prices are sans sales tax, our prices are inclusive of VAT. So when you see $699, consumers aren't actually gonna be paying that, because of their state sales tax it'll be something additional to that.

is RT and DLSS capability worth the $100 ? I'd say yes, of course as a 2080 owner :p. BFV is soon to get DLSS added, something I had given up expecting, so will be good to see what boost that gives the 20 series

Pretty sure she said it was running on a Vega 7

VEGA 7 could be the APU GPU though like mobile processors have VEGA atm

Sure looks like Ryzen 3000 CPU with VEGA 7 GPU if that really was 100fps at 1080p gaming then WOW!! Playstation 5 is going to be a monster!

She said the little core is the Ryzen 3 and the larger is the IO core.
