Hi all
Am in two minds on this offer. My oljd mobo (p67a-ud3-b3) has two pciex (2.0) lanes, which degrade to 4x 4x when in crossfire mode according to the specs. So adding another 7950 might hit performance quite a lot-anyone have direct experience (have read a lot of the stuff online but most refers to crossfire of older 5xx0 GPUs where bandwidth was still not too big an issue) ? If the hit was too bad I could either get a 7990 for the current board or swap for a newer (z55?) mobo, CPU and second 7950 for the same price ish.
Am gearing up for BF4 and Arma 3 (CPU intensive) over three screens.
