AMD on the road to recovery.

I think we can safely conclude the concerns of Grim5 are completely invalid and that consumers are safe from AMD and actually in good hands.

The dying Intel chips could put some upward pressure on retailers and pricing, but it’s very unlikely AMD are going hold it’s customers to ransom because what AMD needs (and always will) is to increase volume and continue to edge closer to Intels sales figures in the CPU and GPU market. Selling more desktop/laptop chips is the only way to make inroads to those markets.

I see that Nvidia has delayed the launch of it's new AI chip Blackwell owing to a design flaw. Well that could help AMD on it's 'Road to Recovery'.

Especially in these competitive times. Every little helps. :)

It may not save Intel though.

It may not save Intel though.

Probably to clear, Ampere, Lovelace and Hopper inventories. Nvidia seem to have jumped gun a little.
