Each mod can be contacted, you just need to check their trust.

The sig you used wasn't within the rules, if you check the sig dimensions within the FAQ listed above, you'll find that infact, it was twice as big as it should have been - max dimensions are 400x75, yours was 400x150. Dons reserve the rights to remove your signature and give out infractions / warnings if required.

Videocardz can get away with this crap because there is a vacuum of information from AMD. If AMD came out with an official date, it would completely pull the rug out from all this nonsense from Videocardz.
 
they have to say rumours due to the info being under NDA, they got these dates from the official slides that AMD produce which state not to be shown until the 15th, of course they cannot officially say that as it is under NDA.

How many people does AMD have to tell before it is an official date, just because it has not been released to the general public doesn't mean it wasn't an date told to the press.

The last one before this was just a Red large text that gone unnotice for like half a year so i thought that was ok..

Technically it hasn't been delayed. There was a rumour that the press NDA would be lifted on the 15th, so some people assumed that the card would also be launched on that day. Now it turns out it won't be, people are calling it a delay, despite the fact that there was never even a rumour suggesting that the 15th was the launch date.

The long and short of it, though, is that we'll be waiting another week or two before we can get our hands on a 290 or 290X.
 
It's not worth the hassle of arguing about it mate, I had the same issue. Sig for over a year which was plain text then I post in another section one day and it gets removed due to size issues or something.

No, Rumour has it that these have no release date, So no one knows when they will be released, I doubt if even AMD know when they will release the card.

I might just wait for the rumoured gtx 880 for £399 in december 2013, but that is a rumour so 'Might' never happen.
 
So is this what normally happens when a new series of cards is released? I haven't followed the hardware scene for a few years, but now that I am upgrading and still in the market for a new card, I find this situation very frustrating.
