You mean how R9 280X is around £60 cheaper than the GTX770 yet delivers identical performance and has 1GB extra VRAM?

If that's the case why is anyone bothered about the 290X. I have seen benches that show it close to reference ones but not beating.
 
Sorry I misread, I thought it said 780. Ignore me. Although I've just seen one bench with the 780 on the results and in some games it does run close. Seems great value.

Hmmm... when you say "you" do you mean the guys who pre-ordered it or the guys who think it will be an overpriced failure :)

You see they would be smiling for all the wrong reasons :(

I was going to cancel my pre-order today but now i'll wait a little longer..so confused just release the damn thing! :confused:
