I soooo missed tommy!
I'm back as well, and I must admit, I really missed tommy too!
Back for good! Cue song.
Fair play at least you can stand up to it mate. Onwards and upwards.
I'm going to be crucified and deservedly so if a 2gb card or two has enough vram for Battlefield 4 at 1600p on Ultra with x4 AA.
If im right though then Tone can buy my mate a copy of the game.
Welcome back Rusty.
Where's Spoffle and Humbug?
Reporting for duty
Welcome back mate, the last piece of the jigsaw is complete!

Tomb Raider maxed @2560x1600
With Crysis 3 I get about 85fps maxed @1600p so would get about half that if I was running 4K with my cards at stock.
indeed.
We are going to have much worse performing ( but better looking) games over the next couple of years due to the advent of the new consoles. If 4 titans can only get 45-60 fps in current titles, i reckon they will be striggling to get over 30fps in newer games at 4k resolution.
I think 4k gaming is a good few years away yet from being a realistic proposition ( on new graphically intensive titles anyway)
Agreed, good to have everyone back
@ Humbug
Just a little bit of catching up to do with your Valley thread
An AMD spokesman when asked about todays big launch had this to say
