I posted it on twitter, AMD-Roy commented on it and soon after the author removed it from Youtube. hmm?

With Crysis 3 I get about 85fps maxed @1600p so would get about half that if I was running 4K with my cards at stock.

We are going to have much worse performing ( but better looking) games over the next couple of years due to the advent of the new consoles. If 4 titans can only get 45-60 fps in current titles, i reckon they will be striggling to get over 30fps in newer games at 4k resolution.

I think 4k gaming is a good few years away yet from being a realistic proposition ( on new graphically intensive titles anyway)

There is another little problem with 4K gaming, with Crysis 3 and Tomb Raider I get very good 4 way SLI scaling (over 90% for each additional card) sadly a lot of games can not match this. Either AMD and NVidia get their multi GPU scaling sorted or anyone who wants to run a 4K setup will have to use reduced settings which defeats the point.
