I seriously doubt they are going to be 'gimped', we have no basis for that speculation considering the clock speed limitations of the first-generation 5800x3D were technical limitations and not intentional limitations. They will probably slightly gimp the 7xxx3d in some way otherwise they won't be able to sell their non x3d chips like we're seeing with the 5000 series
They will be priced at or around the intial 7000 MSRP and they will aim to blow Intel out of the water. It's clear AmD are bringing out the big guns now and the 70003D versions are aiming to make up for the lackluster 7000 sales.
