This is exactly the sort of thing AMD them selves should be pushing for, if this was Intel it would have already been done because they would have pushed for it.

Indeed and as much as I'd love to see Humbug back on an all AMD system, the 5800X3D I get will be going in my system for some gaming goodness.

Given the low power draw, most should be more than sufficient. I'll be using a Arctic Freezer II 360.

Air or AIO?

The Arctic Liquid Freezer II AIO's work well with them, 280mm if you can fit it in your case, if not the 240 is also good.

Been there with a 1070, which was a good card tbh. Stuck with a 5830 for now. Hoping the 7600/7700XT are affordable later in the year.

5800x3d has raised quite a bit of dust, no doubt it will sell like hot cakes, first implementation is successfull, can't wait for version 2 of 3d cache, Lisa Su mentioned that first version is only single layer or something, there will be more layers, and Hallock said future revisions will allow overclock, big cache is path that Intel will need to follow too.
