AMD Zen 2 (Ryzen 3000) - *** NO COMPETITOR HINTING ***

1.2 was for VAT. Was using 1.26 GBPUSD as you. Yep, it comes to about 470-480 depending on whether you include handling fee. But given previous pricing, ocuk usually swaps $ sign for £ and maybe sometimes removes £5-10 so I reckon 490 for 3900x is more likely.
£490 and I will import. No point wasting money.
£475 is where the price "should" be. And judging by the 3600 where is probably will be.

shame because if brexit had never happened we would be paying around £400

What do you guys think is the best upgrade from my 2700x ? Purely for gaming.
I know you might say wait for reviews, but right now with paper details what do you think?

USD price without tax for 3600 is $199. 199/1.26*1.2 = £190

Keep in mind shipping costs and flat handling fees by royal mail (£8). Forum members get free shipping. But if you can avoid both of these obstacles, yes I suppose it makes sense to import to save £15 :D

But yeah lets see, I hope the price is £475 as well, would be nice.

How do you get the FREE shipping as a forum member? I don't think Ive seen that option before when putting an order through.

Free shipping for members:
  • OcUK Forums members who have 250 or more posts and have been registered for over 90 days, or
  • OcUK Forums members who have been registered for over 12 months and made at least 100 posts
Do check if the requirement changed though. Then it's just a matter of linking your forum account to your ocuk store account for free shipping.

Edit: I think you're just 15 posts away from free shipping, go to General Discussion and type away :D

Shipping costs are free if bought from certain place. What is this flat handling fee by royal mail? I've literally never paid that.

If your delivery is through royal mail they will charge you £8 handling fee. You come to Royal Mail branch, pay 20% VAT + £8 Handling fee, they give you your item. Google it.

48 days! Mental to wait that long to save £15.

Probably a typo, I think he meant 48 hours but sounds quite optimistic for something to come in 48 hours from the US and shipping will cost a pretty penny from the US to the UK.

Plus, what about RMA if it’s DOA?
