have to say dimensional pocket mod > all :P
Game is totally insane, however the oblivion gates get boring fast ;/

I've done two gates, i've had the game 2 weeks on Monday, but i was away for 5 days inbetween.

I got bored after the 1st one, i think the gates are pretty rubbish, area boring, and what looks like the same stuff over and over.

I got to Azura, then went of and explored.

Did the fighters guild, did the arena, did many other little quests, and (by the way its panning) and nearing the end of the Brotherhood & thieves guild.

Done one big of the mages, and when all of them three are finished, i'll go back to the 3 vamps azura sent me to kill.

Its basically main quest after that i take?

No lol, theres tonnes of major quests in every city and tonnes of quest villages and stuff, you can spend 500 hours in that game imo and not finish all the quests. And yea i think they ran out of coffee when creating the oblivion gates ;-p

Well that's good stuff to here.

I've been playingless on it as i dont want to finish it.

I thiunk when am done i'm going to create a sneaky theif type character and purposely get bitten and live life as a vampire.

spoiler alert!

Yeah the gates got boring fast in fact when 50 of them opened up I almost felt like uninstalling the game instead I decided to just wear no clothes and run like the wind thru each one usualy with 20 daedra lords on my bum

How many?

Everywhere i go there's a gate, i just aviod them, mark on me map, kill what ever is around, then go mission.

Its a shame the game is spoilt by the amount of boring gates.

There's no class about the obilivion plane, even Doom III's Hell was better than this, and Doom was pretty rubbish.

I've put 11hours into this game now (probably a lot LOT less than some other people!) and am absolutely loving it, despite thinking i'd hate it.

Anyway, i've never actually found a Oblivion gate yet :o

What is the main quest too? lol Is it basically close these Oblivion gates?

At the moment i'm only a lvl 2, but i'm in the thieves guild and am having fun breaking in to houses, knicking LOOT! and selling it on :D

Going to join the fighters guild when I next play it I think.

To start the main quest, just go to Weynon Priory and talk to Jauffre, who'll tell you to go to Kvatch. Things start to pick up from there on :)

Dont worry 50 was just me exaggerating a little... theres plenty about, main thing is just to get the gate closed hence why I run around nekkid with demons chasing me around the map for a few minutes, my only regret was that Jauffre (picard) died, but I managed to nick his sword:)

Does anyone know if Jauffre gives more quest after the Martin Main quest is done? I always wondered if I could become Master of the Blades....

any1 done the sirens quest
little later on found maelona dead in town centre
with guards saying RIP

looted corpse for old times sake :p

Ah, so no more than the ones you find open up, saying that, there must be at least 20, and thats about 15 too many.

By saturating the game with gates it makes them less important, especially since they just sit there.

When a one opens up it should be all hell breaking loose and you must go close it before it devours a town, would have made them more interesting IMO.

Jauffre and picard are not the same guy. Stewart only did the voice for Uriel Septim, the guy that does Jauffre does half the voices in the game.

Whoops ok ive put spolier alert in front of my post.

Although 20 daedra spawn chasing my nekkid flesh isnt a odd spoiler ? ;)

And yeah I know Jauffre and Picard aint the same lol I just think they look alike, theres actually dozens of picards about in each city.... usualy beggers I wonder if the devs did that on purpose :p

Play the game in all its glory imo, you dont need to do the oblivion gates, but they rock for items and stuff. They game allows you to do what you want, when you want what ever time you want. Just go exploring and youll soon be into somthing thats totally unrelated to the main plot!

Too true, I was on my way to deliver the Amulet but stopped at an Inn where I was asked if I wanted to clear out a mine which I did, next town there was also a problem etc.... I have played for 63 hours now and still have the Amulet in my inventory :o
