anime suggestions

These sort of "recommend me" threads should be banned. Just ordered Stellvia (With series box), Last Exile V7, GITS:SAC V3 (delux) and Gundam Seed 4+5. Someones not getting a christmas present this year.:D


And i'm seriously tempted to order Zeta Gundam Box set. Only $150 and 50 episodes :eek:

Thank you, shame about the lack of DTS but once there's a bit more information about I reckon I'll start buying the R4's. Long delay though, Vol. 2 is out 08/12 and Vol. 3 is 23/02.

Vampire Princess Miyu
Escaflowne the movie (dunno how well/if at all it ties in with the series)
ANY of the studio Ghibli Movies ! All great Films. (what I've seen so far)

Thats nothing compared to me that totals about half what i normally spend :0. I'm so addicted i think i need therapy.

These two know their stuff. :D These are my two favourite animes of all time :D Ninjas and Car Racing, cant beat it :)

My third choice for anime would be Gundam SEED and its newly releasing sequel, Gundam SEED Destiny. Both class series with excellent space battles and animation.

I have watched Trigun, Initial D (4 Stages), Naruto (up to ep 109 released), .Hack (Quality), Gundam Wing, Gundam SEED, Gundam SEED Destiny (up to episode 6 released ;) ), Final Fantasy Unlimited, Zaion, Slayers, Excel Saga and many more. All quality.

I even own the mangas for Initial D, .Hack and Trigun

Sorry to drag this thread back to the top, but anybody interested in anime try and watch some Gungrave. Watched the first seven episodes this afternoon. Its really good stuff :)

The first episode threw me a bit, but after that its about a bunch of friends trying to climb through the Millenion Syndicate, A Japanese Mafia. I wont tell any more i dont want to ruin anything. Hope this helps :)

just watched the first episode lol

confused the hell outta me... but its got me wanting to watch more.. so its done its job
 
I know you said you didnt really like martial arts ones but you really should give naruto a quick look, really great series.
 
I have the first Disk and box set which i've watched i liek these sorts of shows were a) the main char is not very talkative (well any char thats not very talkative) b) the odds are stacked against the main cast.
I think i'm gona love it.

I've only watched a couple of naruto eps but im too far behind to catch up, its on 120 odd or something ridiculous!!

Has anyone yet seen Hellsing? Nobody has mentioned it!
