so it is!!! sorry scracth the previous post, i must have been looking in the wrong place i usally look at play.com, still why has it taken so long for this volume to come out  and what ever happened to tenchi i was waiting for the tenchi in tokyo series and i'm still waiting, cheers anyway :D

lol

she's half Zentradi in the series, her and Mylene's mother (Milia?) was full Zentradi.

The Zentradi are a race of giants effectively, many of them (including Milia) underwent "micronisation" to become the same size as normal humans after the war in Macross.

From memory Emilia underwent the reversal process before heading off to be on her own, so when she's introduced in the Macross 7 movie she's the same size as the original Zentradi.

I'm waiting for Tenchi Universe, much better than TiT ;)
I don't think MVM have announced TU or TiT yet, but i wouldn't be massively suprised if they did sometime.

With regards to the delay for MVM's Love Hina it's probably a case of them being too busy, I think they are a pretty small company (only a handfull of people) and probably want to keep a mix of new and older titles.

BeanBandit : you after it subbed or dubbed? coz the problem with Mac7 is also to do with the licencing of the usic and some other issues :( so its unlikely will be seeing it any time soon.

I only watch Subs. I do know how to get them, but would prefer to pay for original discs. If only the Japanese version had english subs like the Miyazaki DVD's.

Got my copy of Last Exile V7 today, the postcards are deffinately being framed. They actually come in an envelope thats attached to the back of the DVD case.

Also got the following today as well.
Stellvia 1+2 with metal collectors case. Great value, 6/7 episodes per disc, wish all companies would do this.
GITS:SAC V3 SE with T-Shirt.
Gundam Seed V4+5
Witch Hunter Robin V6 Vengence.

So thats 2 series finished and another 3 midway through. Just have to find some time to watch them all.

And yesterday i recieved my delivery from Japan. 4 Macross Zero models and yet another Gundam model. Only downside to all this importing business is customs. £49 for the models & DVD's.

unfortunately i suspect any M7 dvd's won't have official subs due to the licence HG holds :(

I think there is an R3 official release of M7, but i don't think it has the subs (but should be much cheaper than the R2 Japanese discs).
If that is so, then you can get subs that are seperate files and some players like Zoom Player can overlay them onto the DVD playback on the PC.

My Last Exile 7 arrived yesterday with the cards, and I'm really looking forward to watching it :)

re Steleva, I beleive Funi tried the high episode count on their Fruits Basket release (something like 6 episodes a disk for $35-40rrp), but got burned quite badly by it as people weren't willing to pay $35-40 per disk, even if it meant the actual cost per episode and overall cost was lower than a 3-4 episode per disk release.
It's the reason they now tend to do 3 episodes per disk for $25 :(

I actually like TiT i thought it was much more enjoyable, plus it gives a different view on his life they way he'd rather live it, but i'm byast since i think Sakoya is hot.

The newer releases in japan are coming out with subs more and more it seems. But i know what you mean BeanBandit its a lot nicer and better to watch stuff and lissen to them in your own language. But i have other reasons for watching subs, to help increase my speed reading, and some times to get a better feel for the story (whitch may change depending on the company releasing it).
I have yet to finish Witch hunter Robin (will soon though) and same for Last Exile. Though i did just get the S-cry-ed which i just finished watching (was ok, it appleased my anime fix for the month ;) ).

re Steleva, i've found that they tend to release the first few disks witht he most eps then it drops to lowere count after about disk 3, But that metal case is great space saver :D same with the Read or Die TV case.

I finally got round to watching the last episode of Last Exile this morning and I think it had a fairly good ending with some nice touches and animation.

However i'm still unclear on a few things, probably because i've been watching it 3 or 4 episodes at a time over the past year, so I'm going to have to sit down in the near future and watch the whole series from start to finish :)

Grrr I have to wait till next year to get my copy :( of last exhile. But its looking interesting thus far :).
Did you/our you clolecting Kiddy Grade? or is that not your sort of thing?

BeanBandit, whats you fav shows at the moment? i'd guess may be gunsmith cats and riding bean?

yup, i've been collecting KG, although the ending was a bit of a let down in some ways, but it is/was a fun series overall :)

I'm fairly willing to try almost any anime*, I even endured a couple of episodes of Dragonball Z at my nephews (the animation wasn't just lazy, it was damned lazy and ugly to boot), about all I remember was a fight seen that seemed to last the best part of an hour with nothing much happening :p

I've not finished KG yet awaiting last disk so dont spoilit for me ;)
As for dragon ball well that was aimed at boyz, and it was aimed as a cheap selling point. I've seen a number of eps well at least 20 and theres just something that draws you in about it. but then again i tend to get envolved with my charactors a lot.
You sound a little like me then Werewolf, i'll try and watch anything but i seem to have some blocks with regards to sailor moon and sailor moon type shows grrr. need to breack those block so i can worship my venus & mercury goddess (bows to Sailor Venus & sailor mercury).

edit : Btw Did you get the Zeta Limited Set?

Info :
While fighting to save his village from the attack of a demon-god Ashitaka comes in contact with it and is inflicted with a deadly curse. In his search for a cure he is forced to leave his village forever and journey to the forest inhabited by animal gods. There he finds himself in the middle of a war between the forest gods and a village led by lady Eboshi.

:D I prefer Gunsmithcats, lots of detail in the guns and cars. I always thought BeanBandit was cool,* how many people do you know with Kevlar (bullet proof) bandana's :D . I've always like Kenichi Sonada's(sp) chara designs, original BubbleGum Crisis, Bean/Gunsmithcats.

Thats the biggest problem with every other month release schedule. I will have to watch the whole series again in the new year. I agree with you on the way it ended.

This is one set i really want (big Gundam fan) but with Christmas i can't warrent the expense. Hopefully in the new year i may be able to afford it. But a 50 episode series is a real time killer.

*my use of the name BeanBandit does not mean i'm cool.

if you get the chance GET chobits

And that's only a small fraction of it. Finding Chi's on switch was quite humorous!
