Ant-Man & The Wasp Quantumania (Marvel)

How long have Marvel struggled with a good antagonist (bar the likes of Thanos and maybe a couple more)? And then they do one but on the back of a so so film.

Just got back from the cinema and it's so forgettable i'm struggling to even think of any specific scenes and sequences.

There was a brief window where Kang first appeared and was talking to Scott and Cassie where it seemed to pick up a bit but then went downhill again.

Not a great start to Phase 5.

I'm genuinely in awe of the writers not seeing the staggering stupidity of a teenager lecturing her dad about not caring enough about the homeless when he literally helped save the entire universe.

I believe her point was that he had lost touch a bit since then as he was too busy basking in fame.

We were going to see it tomorrow at an Odeon luxe, but I'd rather save the free tickets for something else and watch this at home when it comes out.

I think it's going to be really difficult for them to top phase 4 anyway.

Was ok nothing special which is a shame compared to how Marvel used to be. Not sure if it was supposed to be a nod to Star Wars but everything up to the bar scene reminded me of it.

Think we have to wait until more info is available before jumping to conclusions. Not saying its not true but will need to see facts before Marvel/Disney do anything.
