Ant McPartlin

I used to cringe at that video back when I was a little kid, I think in retrospect I was absolutely right to do so!

I used to work in a shop that played this at 3pm every afternoon which was supposed to signal that it was time to tidy the shop ready for closing time. I think I nearly knew the lyrics off by heart. :(

Totally off topic but....

I always feel for shop workers at Christmas time.

I can imagine that after having heard "Jingle Bells" for the 10^37th time would make your Soul want to implode...

the Comments are ridiculous tbh, he was being applauded by the audience on the show that he presents not for his actions , just because he’s gone off the rails a bit doesn’t make him any less deserving from a tribute from his fans

he was caught drink driving , big deal, it’s hardly the crime of the century

what if he killed someone whilst drink driving? I know your going to say " he didn't " but he put himself in position of doing so

In the process of drink driving, he trashed his car. He hit two other cars. One had a child in it.
It wasn’t too far from crime of the century status for a celebrity, for all they do, they don’t often kill folk, and he got into a car drunk, he could well have.

What’s your point? Lots of people put themselves in a position where their actions could cause serious injury or death to others such as drink driving, speeding, dangerous driving, driving without due care and attention and so on

And he’ll be convicted and given the appropriate sentence if found guilty

Still not a major crime in the grand scheme of things

He could have killed someone, if circumstances had have been a little different he would have. If someone pointed a revolver at your child with one bullet in and pulled the trigger and it didnt go off because it was an empty chamber, would it be 'no big deal' or attempted murder?
