EVGA are all in focusing on the US unfortunately. Barely any word on TUF cards, especially the stock version. Strix is even quieter...Good Luck on getting your tuf cards, still nothing on evga

They come with 2 PCI-E 8 pin. That single 8 pin is EPS, for the CPU. I don't know about buying them individually though.
Imagine having to deal with this launch whilst working for minimum wage as customer support....
Not to be a cynic, but they've been saying it will be published "today or tomorrow" for a week now.and the queue tracker should be published today or tomorrow.

That properly made me laugh! The eagles will come just in time, like they did at the end of LOTR

I probably have more chance of receiving a unicorn this side of Christmas than a Strix at this rateIt's a long forgotten alternate name for the unicorn

If you buy directly they sell an ampere bundle with the extra 8 pin, you'll have necessary 3 then. I dont see them available seperately anywhere elseRandom question (apologies if off-topic)
Given someone pointed out power requirements upping on asus cards, looking into possible splurging on cablemod sleeved cables (https://www.overclockers.co.uk/cabl...mi-and-rmx-cable-kit-black-red-cm-13x-cm.html) - because why buy an 800 quid GPU and not make it look fancy?
One thing I've noticed is that you tend to only get 1 8 PIN cable - given some cards now need 3 - are they available to buy individually anywhere?
Yeah I would like to know a bit more about expected times of the ROG Strix OC, literally no word on them for over a week. Last update was that they were expected a very small amount in last week or maybe the week before can't quite remember and now nothing. I don't mind waiting, just a bit frustrating not having a clue when any are coming in, even if I'm not in the first batch, at least we know that the queue is going down.
Some clueless marketing person? Nvidia themselves recommend 750 but Asus are asking for 850.So this is wierd. Asus are promoting their 650B PSU as the "perfect match" for the RTX 30 series, but it's below the recommended wattage requirements. Erm...

(Apologies about the mobile link, I'm on my phone.)
Seems that way, although, on a random note, the 850w recommendation on Asus' site is when the cards are paired with Ryzen 9/Intel i9. I have a Ryzen 7, which they recommend 750w for, so hopefully my PSU will be okSome clueless marketing person? Nvidia themselves recommend 750 but Asus are asking for 850.
You're right. I bought a 1000W this morning just to be safe though. I needed a PSU for a second build so my 750 will go into thatSeems that way, although, on a random note, the 850w recommendation on Asus' site is when the cards are paired with Ryzen 9/Intel i9. I received a mail from PayPal (I'm paying via installment payment) that my plan has changed because my product is ready to be shipped (which is a STRIX OC). Also on Facebook a community admin for the german site said that they are sending cards to retailers (Caseking was namend in that case). They are shipping cards right now.
