I've had kidneys with breakfast at the Tewkesbury Park hotel before. That worked really well.

Beans and/or tinned tomatoes are the only canned thing that should come near a fry up :p (maybe mushrooms if desperate)

    Fry up never

Plain mushy with fish and chips

Mushy peas mixed with mint sauce when poured over a large Cornish or a couple of meat based pies. Yummy

there is no foodstuff or situation in which mushy peas are an acceptable accompaniment.

in the same way there is no valid motivation to eat re-fried beans.

the last thing i want when eating some delicious fried animal bits is a side that reminds me of what it'll look like in a few hours time.

I watched a video on the channel tunnel a couple of days ago and for some reason I read some of the comments. One of them was that the UK was worried about the possibility of rats coming from France through the tunnel but it turned out to be OK because those that did ate some English food and went straight back to France :) The real reason for the concern about animals coming through the chunnel was rabies, of course, but the comment amused me.

Mushy peas are traditional with everything. They're a form of pease pottage, which goes back a long way.

How dare you sir, I'm not going to take food advice from some knuckle dragging ape that thinks mushy peas in fry up is a good idea!

    Should have unbanned Penski instead.

I must admit, this is a rather depressing poll result to wake up to. :(

Y'all need Jesus. And mushy peas with your fry ups!
