The legal presumption of innocence and factual/actual innocence aren't the same thing.The fact that the case is dropped and there are no charges means he is innocent. Or are you saying you disagree with the absolute law of "Innocent until PROVEN guilty"?
What could be unfair about his trial for absconding? What does a hypothetical extradition have to do with it?Because a UK court is going to give him a fair trial and an assurance he wont be extradited.
