Assange to go!

Assange loses again:

(Source).

Spreading fake news once again from the easily misled and misinformed.

Assange lost his first point, they're arguing their case over four different points. If they win one of those, they win the case

"Wall to wall fake news stating stating the government won today's hearing. Nothing of the sort has happened. The hearing is still happening. Only one point has been ruled on."

Angilion in predictable conspiracy theory nonsense post.

It must be so easy to call everything a conspiracy, especially when you live in your own little delusional bubble.

I suppose this is a conspiracy too is it..

You are “the minister” who refused to cooperate with the FBI because you suspected their agents on mission in Iceland were trying to frame Julian Assange. Do you confirm this?

Yes. What happened was that in June 2011, US authorities made some approaches to us indicating they had knowledge of hackers wanting to destroy software systems in Iceland. I was a minister at the time. They offered help. I was suspicious, well aware that a helping hand might easily become a manipulating hand!

Later in the summer, in August, they sent a planeload of FBI agents to Iceland seeking our cooperation in what I understood as an operation set up to frame Julian Assange and WikiLeaks.

Since they had not been authorised by the Icelandic authorities to carry out police work in Iceland and since a crack-down on WikiLeaks was not on my agenda, to say the least, I ordered that all cooperation with them be promptly terminated and I also made it clear that they should cease all activities in Iceland immediately.

Here are the texts between his alleged rape victim and a friend, proving the whole thing to be nonsense

Except that it isn't
Yes, yes it is, he made the whole conspiracy up to deflect his fanboys attention from the fact that by going with a "she never said no" defense he was actually admitting to raping an unconscious women (and it seems to have worked lol).

But just to play along lets analyse it step by step:

"the UK and Sweden have manufactured charges"
Generally when a serious crime is reported it's actually quite normal for it to be investigated, especially when the accused admits doing it they just don't think it really counts as a crime, so no nothing was manufactured.

"for the sole purpose of sending him to the USA for secret trial and summary conviction for whistleblowing"
This is where the conspiracy nonsense goes into high gear lol, if the USA wanted him sent there then all they had to do was apply for him to be extradited there, the absolute last thing they would ever want is for Sweden to get their hands on him as Sweden do not extradite people for political crimes (hence refusing to send much bigger fish than Assange). Once Sweden's extradition order was granted it became impossible for the USA to gain access to him (if they wanted to, so far they have shown no interest) as Sweden had priority and once they were done with him he would have been free to travel wherever he wished.

I'm admitting that someone with high level SMSC access within a cellular network could alter system logs to show text conversations that never actually took place.
We've had government scandals in the past where vast swathes of government, political parties and US presidents abused their power to a ridiculous degree.

Nixon and Watergate, yes? Scuppered an entire peace process for political gain.

And eventually all this was made a matter of public record. Despite numerous cover-up attempts, which failed.

It's all very well to dismiss everything as a conspiracy, but if you do that you will be utterly blind to real abuses of power when they happen. Because they do happen. And frequently.

Look, the UK refuses to confirm or deny whether there is a US extradition warrant, the US isn't going to publicly announce they have a warrant for his arrest since that would give Assange the upper hand. Assange most likely never really feared the charges from Sweden since they would not stick in a court, but he did however fear to be handed over to the US if he went back to Sweden.

You're right that they don't extradite people on political grounds, but it largely depends on what charges a secret U.S. grand jury brings against him. When you're living in fear of being locked up in the US for life you're not going to risk it

Again, not possible. Returning to Sweden would have guaranteed his immunity from the fictitious threat of US extradition.

He made up the US interest in him to deflect attention from the rape. At the end of the day he wasn't even involved in the US whistleblowing, the person who was (bradley manning) went to jail over it, Assange is just a self absorbed webmaster with a great PR team.

Yep

Remember all those times he was going to release some massively damning dirt on Hilary Clinton during the Presidential campaign - And then it was just a press conference of him waffling for hours about nothing.

Like I said, it depends what charges they bring, the US would find some sort of crime that would get him extradited

If it's a fictitious threat, why doesn't the UK come out and say there isn't one? Even Sessions and Pompeo have said that they want to make Assange's arrest a top priority..

The second part of your comment is complete conspiracy.

If you're living in fear, etc., you don't go to the UK. Outside of rapeboy's delusional little fantasy world, extradition to Sweden would make it harder not easier to deport him. Whether he's enough of a fantacist to believe it, I don't know - from all reports, his grasp on reality is a bit thin - but no-one else should give any credence to these claims.

Well they just pardoned/released that other chap, didn't they. And his involvement was to directly pass on state secrets, where Assange just ran a website which published leaked material.

Her sentence was commuted to time served. This is significantly different from a pardon in that she is still considered to have be guilty of the offence, and it still forms part of her criminal record.
