Assetto Corsa Competizione

Finishing a 45 min LFM race yesterday on Watkins Glen - last lap, last couple of corners, a 3 way battle for 4th, 5th and 6th, we round T9 and a backmarker decides to cross the track in front of us - Made for a very squeaky moment :cry:
I'm in the white & red Ferrari 296 (Car 1)

I have never played these games as generally i am terrible at driving games. However, i have recently seen some fantastic videos of a modded version of AC with the Shutoku/Wangan in Tokyo that brings back memories of Tokyo Xtreme Racer. I am extremely impressed at some of the setups that some enthusiasts have running these mods.

Finally took plunge and bought it. Any tips to boost SA.had few online games. Is there an essential DLC to buy.
Running TC 4 and abs 3 is this ok for beginner with wheel as used pads since nes/master system days
 
It is only online so you can increase your SA in single player races too. It basically increases if your close to a car, 0.5-1 second sort of range not, so not super close and you don't hit them. You can turn off the ratings while you mess around with settings but if you can find a race where you're ever so slightly faster than the AI, then start at the back of a race. Overtake if you can but for SA the main objective should be to never hit them.

As for TC and ABS - ACC does a pretty good job of copying real life system so unlike some racing titles you aren't hampered by it. So just set it to whatever your most comfortable and consistent with.
 
Hello all. I just bought Assetto Corsa (not the Competizione version) and installed the Pure mod with Content Manager. I've got it all setup and now want to drive on roads with traffic as seen on this Instagram Videos. How do I do this?

In content manager I searched for an Online Server but they are all races.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
