My RIVE BE ready for action.

Gonna hit 3 x 780 3D 11 this weekend with RAM on LN2. Interestingly this board is amazing with RAM. I did 2700+ C7-10-7-22 with TRFC at 64 this weekend quad channel on LN2 while testing XTU and 11 efficiency.

Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag to be bundled with the motherboard:

Incredible technology, magnificent full game bundle, terrific choice

Not that clued up on the differences between the X79 and the Z87 but I thought the H87 is newer. So why would we buy this board over the Asus Z87 MAXIMUS VI EXTREME?

Will this motherboard support IV-E chips straight out of the box with no bios update. Im planning on getting the 4930k with the board and im afraid of bios updates.

In the excitement of getting this board next month ive decided to learn how to overclock. Ive done it with my current 2500k which is at 4.6 but my motherboard has profiles with one click it did it for me.
But I want to do it the manual way so I can get the best performance at the lowest votage. I found an ivy bridge-e guide on the asus site:
http://rog.asus.com/forum/showthread.php?38018-Guide-Easy-Overclocking-with-Ivy-Bridge-E-–-The-Listy-Wordy-Edition

On the second post theres a step by step guide and it looks very easy and idiot proof. Is it really that easy, or does it become more harder if you want to get extreme cpu performance is that when you need to start playing with more options.
