Hopefully we don't ever see full keyboard and mouse support on consoles.
You'd pretty much be forced to use one to be competitive in some games.

The whole point is that I can sit on my sofa, and not have to be cm infront of the monitor at a desk...

same here, i get a bad back sat at my pc for too long its nice to be able to crash on a comfy sofa with a game pad and a beer
 
Looks like the powercolor cards are in stock tomorrow, but they seem to be using stock coolers =/

Think I'll wait for the TFIII next week personally.
 
Yeah, I don't want the stock cooler. MSI need to get their finger out and get us some stock in!
 
Decisionssssssss, far too hard to make! Not used to spending so much money in one go (with other components as well).

sweet just slammed my order in for delivary tomorrow! Cant wait for this. Gonna give it a try in my am2+ rig and see how it perfroms before i spend out on upgrading to an i5 setup.

Now need to sell off my very reliable 5850, its been a real gem of a card!
 
Indeed! I've been without a GPU for over a week, it's been simply awful! :D Can't wait to get back on my rig! I'm glad stock came in early, I wasn't looking forward to going all this week without a GPU as well!
 
Indeed it is, but £200 for a 7850 is a pretty good price. As fast/faster than a 6950, cool, quiet, low power draw, and they overclock like champs.

Yep. Not even considering it at the moment, however if it were a bit cheaper I would nab it in a heartbeat. AMD really have got their pricing strategy all wrong.
 
Yea i agree mate about the 7970!

What drivers you gonna be using hex? Cd or website? I heard that the drivers from the amd site have been causing a few blue screens. Not sure what version comes on the cd tho
