Yep, I meant why no LED bar. The LED strip is there, but that dates the car compared to the bar on the newer Audi's, like the newer A4.

Auto boot is cool. I like it on my 5 series.

The new paint on the RS7 looks quite amazing in person. Perhaps more suitable in somewhere like California then Tamworth.

Shame the A7/RS7 is such a mind-bendingly hideous car really.

I have the electric boot on my A4 Avant, its was quite a cheap option, around £200 or so.

Surely auto close boots are commonplace on exec cars these days?

BMW has them with adjustable height settings for car parks and garages. Very useful!

Yup, auto opening/closing boot is standard on all 3 Series Touring cars.
The option is comfort opening - hands free opening by waving your foot under the rear bumper. Useful for when you have both hands full of shopping or children

Spent the afternoon with the RSQ3. I was really very sad to see the S4 go this morning, now after a run up the coast - I wouldn't have it back. I love the Q3, handles great, sounds fantastic and it goes pretty well also

Yes, it's available in all 3 a3 body styles now, hatchback, sport back and saloon.

Picked it up in Jan! Should be a fair number in the second hand market by now. With 300 horses it goes like stink. Using launch control they claim it goes 0-60 in 4.8 or 4.9 seconds. It feels like it does

Misano Red suites the new S3 in hatchback very well. Something about the grill just doesn't look great for me though.

I think it might be better with a completely black grill. But yeah Misano Red is a awesome colour.

IIRC the new S3 isn't far off the power of the old shape RS3!
Just hope they're not as attractive to thieves.

The only problem in my opinion with the Misano Red is when the sunlight hits it looks very orange.

I compared Brilliant and Misano right next to each other outside and picked brilliant for that reason.
