Audi owners in here!

Well car is in for MOT & Service, already had a call saying a rear spring needs replacing. These things really seem to be made to keep snapping!

Just been to the Audi garage to check out the new TT. Very nice indeed but pretty much £10k more than my mk2 at new.

And then saw this approved used TTS. Kicking myself now... :o

Fair enough, it uses the MQB platform. I swear the roof and shoulderlines are identical though.

Forget the platform. The exterior/interior is pretty much all new (obviously the style is similar in the same way the Mk2 is similar to the Mk1). I really like it and on PCP its not a bad deal but the list price of that coupe (diesel) is £38k...the roadster above (2.0 TFSI) is near £42k. :o

Does anyone know if there's MMI settings for the steering wheel controls?

This will probably be stupidly obvious but I can't seem to change radio stations with the steering wheel controls. It scrolls through the channels on the dashboard but doesn't change?

Same steering wheel I had in the A3 and that changed stations automatically when you scrolled up and down.

Have you tried pushing the button in after scrolling?

Post a pic of your dash + steering wheel. Usually the arrows pointing left and right on left hand side of steering wheel but not sure on your model A4.

On my A3 the * button can be programmed to skip track, this will also skip to the next radio station.

Test drove an S1 and an S3 today. Seriously impressed with the S3. The S1 was also epic, but the kicker was that even with the seat all the way back, my knee was still brushing against the steering wheel when using the clutch. The S3 had a much more comfortable driving position, it felt more stable, and it still moved like shift off a shovel.

I'm going to sleep on it, but I think I've pretty much decided to get an S3. My current car is a 22 year old vauxhall astra, so this will be one hell of a step up.
