Audi owners in here!

Bought this last year A5 Black Edition was a fine car but the interior bugged me a bit, black dials with plastic chrome trims, just looked a little to tacky for my liking, but from the outside it looked bob on.

So i changed it for a A6 totally different car quality dash very pleasing.

Had the same 2L Diesel engine as the A5 but with the 8 speed auto was a little quicker but much better ride, both crash over bumps the A5 was nasty.

I think I've said this before, but:

Drop Quattro requirement, get MMI ;) I refuse to post up any more examples though :p

at this rate I might have to! but then again.... even removing the quattro option doesn't bring that many more to the table...at least ones with lower milage (quick search on auto trader) :p still going to clutch onto the quattro dream for now ;) just give me a "good" or "pants" verdict when I come crawling back with options please hehe

anyone know what the lotto numbers are for tonight? would be appreciated ;)

Set my sights on the S5 for next year I think now!
Such an awesome car!

Indeed. Loving mine still, enough that I'd consider buying another once I'm done with this one. That's really unusual for me. The noise of the v8 and the power delivery is intoxicating. Just would hope the v6 gives the same feeling.

Even the fuel consumption I'm OK with!

Hi chaps,

I'm in the market for a new car, and have been poking my nose around the last few weeks. After having a test drive, I've set my sights on an Audi TT 2.0 FSI.

However, the low mileage ones are a couple of k out of my price range. Would it be worth a punt if I went for ones with greater than 80k miles, new cam belt and full service history? I know that it's really dependant on the vehicle/previous owners, but, is it even worth contemplating in the first place?

Many thanks :)

Return to the Road!

After a little over a year after selling my last car I'm finally thinking about what I plan tdoubt next (hope to purchase something around the middle of 2014).

Up until a few weeks ago I was very keen on getting the S3 sportback. In fact I still am. Probalem now is that a wildcard.... In the form of the B7 RS4 has started to make things a little difficult.

Ive never driven the RS4. However, I've always loved the way they look and sound and have no doubt it'll drive as well as it looks. My concern is about this car are the stories I often come across. Can a car this cool really be that painful to live with?

Two completely different cars. If you're going for the 8P S3 it's basically a golf so running costs are low and the ability to tune on these are good.

A lot of people have made the transition from an S3 to a B7 RS4 some love it and some don't. Most people complain about the lack of torque though and then the running costs. A new genuine set of front brake discs come to £1000 alone!

Pretty sure I'm going to upgrade my A3 next year now. Probably after March as i should have another year no claims then. Looking at moving to a TTS as they are in my price range now (up to 20k) :)

Just can't decide if I should go manual or S-tronic... I loved the S-tronic TT that i was driving around a few months ago but have read quite a few stories of them going wrong after not that many miles (40k or so)!
