The same could be said for the last few years in q1, Merc always turned the engine up more in Q3, so still have to wait and see.
On top of that Merc weak point was cold tracks.

Surprisingly slow? If you haven't watched F1 for the past 3 years, sure. The chances of Honda gaining the time they needed in that engine at the same time as improving reliability massively in one winter was 1 in a billion.

I both won't be surprised to see them struggle for race pace and then after a few races start seeing reliability issues creeping in.

I don't mind them. Just annoying how often they show the logo, rather than times.

I find the way they show "out lap" rather than the current time annoying, but overall they're not bad.
