Why? This one is on at a sensible time for European viewers, surely if you want a night race then Malaysia, China or Australia are the more sensible night race possibilities?

It's more likely that Webber will drop less then 3 places. Penalties are applied in order issued.

No not at all

If LH qualifies ahead of Webber, his penalty is applied first and vice versa.

Either way the only thing that changes is the actual drivers who are affected one way or the other (the end positions on the grid wont change)

Massa gains the most from those penalties I guess, Ferrari will be hoping he does not pass Alonso at turn 1 though lol
