My main PC is currently dead so I can't test my monitor at the moment to see if the bleeding is still present.![]()
Laptop which won't output at the full res of the screen. So why not test it on your secondary PC?
Laptop which won't output at the full res of the screen.
Both mine have been exchanged as faulty RMA's and OCUK arranged for collection via citylink at their expense.
If returning as DSA then OCUK will not carry the return cost.
A question for those who've had to exchange theirs. Have you had to pay extra postage to return it? Or have ocuk covered it?
Now, for people who have had it for a while, is the position of the screen 100% fixed, or is there some degree of movement you can achieve with a bit of force.![]()
Have you tried turning the speaker volume of the monitor down to minimum? The sound might be coming out of its speakers.
I dont think this monitor has any speakers... i cant see a volume option in the menu.
The volume level for the speakers should be in the 'misc' menu.
Did you monitor come with a thin cable, with a 3.5mm stereo jack on each end?
Its possible that you model is slightly different to mine and therefore doesnt have a speakers.
Ah, i found the option and put the volume down to 0% - still have the same problem though![]()
