BARGAIN - OcUK 24" with DVI (*VA Panel) for £179.99+VAT (This Week Only Deal!!)

No more than 20 quid with RMSD Im guessing.

But then, you can think of it as
250 quid saved + 20 quid postage saved, if more and more people gave this panel bad reviews.

I'm thinking around the £20 mark, It would actually be cheaper and easier for me if i wasn't happy with the monitor to drive down to the shop and swap it for a Pebble. (100 mile round trip about 2hrs incluiding in shop waiting and £10 petrol)

But i think you would have to return it by post :(

I've ordered one, there should be some reviews before mine arrives so I can assess it's suitability.

Is the price still holding till Monday morning? The panel doesnt have any "weekly special" indicator for it?

Gibo? Can you shed any light please?

Does this monitor have the auto resizing thing that samsung have? (When you hit the button screen changes so that it fits perfectly)

Was so close to ordering this but decided to get the Samsung 22" (wide) and 19" (4:3) Pebble monitors as a pair instead.

Good luck to everyone who ordered this, looks like its gonna be a cracking buy.

Im assuming the majority of people who order this panel are PC games players.

If so, then playing at 1920 X 1200 is pretty stressing on even high end graphics cards.

For the hell of it I just ran my copy of UT3 at 1920 x 1200 with some AF, it ran well, but not as smooth as say running it at lower resolutions.
And with a fast and frantic game such as UT3, FPS does count, and at 1920 x 1200 I personally think the game isnt "fluid".

This is the one offputting factor for me, not to get this monitor.
How I would love to browse on the net at 1920 x 1200WS though :(

Max settings 1920x1200 no AA, AF I'm not sure about but it has very little performance impact for me at 1680x1050 in any game.
