Man - that's got to be annoying. And to think, I was annoyed at having a faulty VA panel, and then received a working VA panel second time. I can't imagine how frustrated you must feel.
If it were me, I'd probably drive down there and give them a piece of my mind. I mean, how hard can it be just to check the monitor before they ship it out?! It really makes me think whether they're only sending out VA panels to those who are sending TN panels back demanding a replacement, in an attempt to clear all the contaminated stock. I wonder if you were to RMA & Replace (as opposed to ordering a new one) whether you would've got a VA panel instead...
Absolutely ridiculous in my opinion. OcUK needs to send emails to everyone who bought one and make sure they received a VA panel. I can only imagine the hundreds of people out there thinking they have a decent panel when really it's not what they actually paid for...
excactly... and the fact they've stated multiple times they have gone through all the stock...
nothing i can do about it though, just going to have to RMA again
easter weekend too, so i wont be getting a replacement for about another week now. oh the joy.
