BARGAIN - OcUK 24" with DVI (*VA Panel) for £179.99+VAT (This Week Only Deal!!)

Ok my B Grade is

AU M24OUW01-V0

Which I believe is a VA panel. No dead pixels.

My only issues with the panel is the bezel is a bit marked and the panel is a tad dirty (dust), the DVI port on the monitor is missing standoffs to screw the DVI cable in but that isn't a massive concern since a DVI sits in tight enough anyway

I have the same panel ref: .. collected from store today.

Stand has a few marks and the scratch off registration code on the back has been scratched off.

One pixel so far, pretty central but stuck on red so not really an issue (for someone who's just realised how many bits of fluff are on there old screen)

Bargain even without the 10% ... almost tempted to buy the last one mail order!

Fingers crossed it doesn't go bang !

Edit:
Shucks they've all gone ... guess I'll just have to spend my pennys on a new GPU, not sure the 2900XT is going to like this!

I still think even with a few marks on the bezel it's an utter bargain. Really happy with the screen :)

The panel it self is immaculate

Also ZERO backlight bleed compared to my Samsung which suffered a little from it.

How on earth are they able to sell these so low? There has to be something wrong with the units, makes you wonder how much they cost to buy.

Just baffled at the price

B- grade ... repaired or returned units

These were selling for ~ £200 new not long ago

Somewhere else has them for 10% more so guess there are a few about

£130 for a 24" LCD is crazy though :D I might buy one to see what there like at this piece would be silly to miss out.

Mostly repaired units from DGM. They come back with a few small defects and thus can't sell them as new. :)

I can confirm there is nothing wrong with my unit bar the small defects earlier mentioned. :)

Considering 20-22" monitors are mostly TN you can't really complain if you get a 24" that's a TN for £135 odd, heck that's cheaper than most 22's.

Hell no.

I count myself lucky to get a VA for 135!

The majority should be VA as I had good word from someone at OcUK that they had sent all the TN panels back to DGM :)

Yeah it's still good you are getting VA's, but for the price it's a tad silly to complain about a TN, it's still a 24" monitor cheaper than some 20" models. ;)
