*Batman: Arkham Asylum*

Gahh im stuck, im about 25 % into the game and im at the botanical gardens part of it. Do I need the Cyryptographic Sequencer to hack open the door to progress the game ? I am right upto


I can't find the Cyryptographic Sequencer in any of the Wayne Tech ??

Any help with spoiler tags greatly appreciated
 
Still working through getting all the riddler trophys and solutions (193/240)

I didn't really go out of my way on the initial playthrough but I'm shocked at some of the ones I missed :D
 
anyone know if the DLC is available today? Also does it add Gamer Points?? I got my 100% last night and was just about to sell it on...

What is the location? I think USA got 2 extra locations, based on where they ordered the games from (1 was the alley that Batman's folks got shot in).

Maybe they are giving those 2 away over this and next week?

It's a open roofed courtyard area, 3 or 4 levels. Seems pretty good so far. Haven't tried the combat challenge yet.
 
3:57.80 for the new Predator Challenge.
56,440 for the new Combat Challenge.

Anyone else?

...about 20 mins for the predator :p I don't really do them for time, like to watch my food and toy with it a little before executing the perfect attack :D
 
I was about 10 mins for the predator, that was mainly all silent takedowns and inverted takedowns, apart from the red guy who i left till last and used the sonic batarang to lure him up the ladder and smacked him in the face when he reached the top :D proberly can do it faster as i spend over 5 mins shattering the window to throw a sonic batarang in to lure them for the inverted thru the window.

You can counter the ones in SP? Tap triangle just before they jump on your back and you throw them to the ground.

I agree about not being able to a special on them. It gets very annoying when you want to do a special on a normal henchman but a lunatic gets in the way and dodges it, breaking your combo in the process.... The only way to kill them is by doing a ground smash which can be very hard with so many other baddies wanting to punch you in the face.

:o Never realised that, I think in normal I just hit them/bataranged them before they got near me. Then on hard mode you don't get the indicator and it never even occurred to me!

I got a 122 hit combo last night :) put me at about 25th on the leaderboard with 156,000 at 1 point but im probably furthur down again now :(

how did the person at number 1 get 3,172,690?????
 
Got this come through on rental. Don't know if im wasting my time doing riddles as I go? Wish I'd just bought it tbh as this one would stay in my collection for ever. When it's £15 I will buy it.

Magnificent game.

Started on hard, am i doing the combat right?

I Counter with Y then hit them and If I have time finish him with a RT + Y. If not I keep countering til and opening?
