"The Recommended Spec is intended to deliver an experience on par with the current generation of gaming platforms."

I game on PC so I can have an experience that is greater than on a console. This is straight up pathetic. Last WB game I will ever purchase. Steam refund here I come. If you're INTENTIONALLY GIMPING YOUR GAME by locking it at 30FPS, you've failed as a developer and publisher. Plain and simple

Stutter issues seem to affect only non SSD installs, it's poorly optimised texture streaming IIRC.

For an optimal experience, users with recommended spec hardware should not set their resolution higher than 1080p.

It runs like a dog on the 980ti system I have just built. The PS4 is 30fps but it runs really well with very little slowdown.

It's another bad PC port and makes you question buying £600 graphics cards when the games run like this tbh.

I would question spending that much on a graphics card anyway unless you are a serious enthusiast. But certainly not question buying a good graphics card for your pc. Instead why dont you question buying console ports and stick to games made for pc?

If you really love all the console games that are out then can save some cash and just buy a console and game on pc hardware from about 6 years ago :P

Denuvo does right now its uncrackable thats why this game has terrible FPS as Denuvo constantly monitors game files to ensure they are not tampered with

That's a load of tosh, nothing is uncrackable. A quick search of Denuvo shows other titles have been successfully done that use Denuvo, a few months or so and this Denuvo title will also be defeated. Also I know how the internals of Denuvo work, you don't need to try and impress me.

It's not a port anymore guys please stop calling it one

The upcoming Linux/SteamOS/Mac version is a port; the developer will have to overhaul several aspects of the top-level parts of the game's code to allow it to run under the different platform

The consoles are just X86 machines now, same as the PC; part of what makes it so confusing when a developer fails so hard at getting the thing to scale to the more powerful hardware

Incidentally I wonder how the Linux version will run? (have to wait until later in the year to find out)

Unless I imagined it - I think so yes...

Not that I'm holding out much hope based on what we've seen so far - I just figured it might be interesting (especially if for example there isn't a Linux equivalent of the tamper-protection which some are saying is partly to blame for the issues)

why is batman's mouth upside down

Because he's a miserable git! He never smiles!

I hope so, it be nice to have this on my Linux computer. Probably would perform better too.
