I think the answer you were looking for was 'No'.
I really dont know whats changed in your attitude over the past while, but your posts have went from really good to read, pretty interesting and helpful
to having a bit of fanboy venom in them.
One of the things Nvidia do with developers is... "We examine the game engine and the developers and publishers objectives and suggest features that will look good and which will be fun,
these are suggestions only, they are usually accepted where they make sense and are cost effective"
Note the bit I underlined. Nvidia dont tell a developer how to code a game, frankly that would be a little insulting, plus its not Nvidia's game.
Nvidia quite literally provided hundreds of programmer hours to developers, they do this for FREE. To say this is Nvidia's responsibility is pretty much backward and should be praised for the man hours they provide to developers. It's way to easy to point the finger and blame, but your finger is directed in the wrong direction.
