Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

That looks like Afleck with his irritating Afleck face. All I can think seeing that picture is "ooh it's Afleck, looking a bit tubby there son"

Does not inspire me even remotely.

Batman 'in his later stage in life' is planned for this movie, anything thinking Bats will be young and fit when he's into his 40s... bit unrealistic isn't it?

Even in the comic and animation, he is a little bigger then.

Well he's bigger, but its all muscle, they wont be following the book, just the way the character is, they cant have Bats playing as old as he is in the book, but maybe with the same attitude, been girding it out for years and is mistrusting of Sups at first. In most comics they are actually the closest of friends, even when Bats tell the JL to f off lol, which was a quality moment.

Well the film has been given a title at last; Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice.

I'm not keen on the word 'meh', but in this case it is justified, so meh.

lol that photo looks like 'Batman the builder'.

this film will be laughable..truly. I guess it satisfies Affleck's desire to play a superhero, nothing more.

Some really weird en mass negativity for a film thats barley in production.

It's become the norm, unfortunately. But mainly from the hardcore fanboys.

I will admit that the title is bad. Not all that bothered about Batman's name appearing first. At least both of their names are on there! But Dawn Of Justice! I get the idea behind it. Just wish it had been World's Finest or Trinity.

I think it's a combination of things.
You've got the Dark Knight trilogy which to many is the best example of Batman, and which is unlikely to be surpassed in their eyes. I'm in this boat but do think we can always do better.

People hate Ben Affleck because they're stuck on Daredevil and his rubbish films and forget the roles (and directing) where they've been brilliant.

And finally Zack Synder is an awful director, he's all flash and no substance

People actually liked the Batman in the Nolan films?...he was a puny little emo punk that could BARLEY fight and showed him a pretty dumb idiot.

All you would have to to to Bales batman is say "gee I love my parents" and he would start crying for gods sakes.

Snyder did Watchmen, the single handedly best comic to film conversion ever done. We need Goyer out of the picture more, or put to the side lines, im thinking Affleck will have had some good input as well.

Even the Director of DD hated the film, its well known now how the studio exs stepped in and made him add the Electra character as they wanted a spin off movie in the works whilst DD was being filmed, then they came in and chopped it all up, believe the Directors version was him trying to save some of it.

Ah man!!! :(

Why did they have to go down the "V" route, why couldn't they have gone down the awesome "Superman/Batman - Public Enemies" route instead, I don't really even mind the title but it should be "Superman/Batman - Dawn of Justice".

Why say its a sequel to Man of Steel and then gives Supes 2nd billing, they should have just said its the first of the Superman/Batman - Justice League movies!!!

I can see it now, people are going to count up screen time for each Hero and compare...

I am holding onto a small amount of hope (as I really liked MOS) but I must admit this is looking more and more like its going to suck and if it does they will kill off all hope of anymore Superman films for 20 years maybe more... :(
