Apachedark kept sniping me and I was getting nowhere with 12x scope on my SV98 or the 7x on the QU so I flicked to the ACOG 4x and got my revenge

At the end of the day you can't buy skill. And you can't buy guns that nobody else can get. The only person you're doing out of anything is yourself if you buy them.

Why does it make any difference to us if we get killed by somebody with a usas when they have a rank 10 in their profile or rank 44 ? Its just a number in a profile, it means nothing.

I've no idea why people get so worked up about it. if they want to cheat themselves out of the fun of getting the unlocks, let them.

They forgot about the cheaters situation, constant disconnects/crashes, glitching under the map etc. etc. in BF 3 though

Because dice/ea know that it will be a short lived game, theyll try to milk the cash cows **** dry now by selling guns. How on earth ea ever envisaged taking on activision/infinity ward/treyarch in the fps market, ill never understand. Cod mw comes out every october/november, a reskinned version of the previous game, yet it sells as well as a hollywood movie, ea and dice are trying to catch that market, but tbh activision are years ahead of them.

DG is about COD4 which was the last good COD imo.
MW2/2.5 is just a joke. I actually bought it (16dollar russian keys ftw)
and played.. 58 minutes in multiplay

in the last 2 months i reckon.

Also that pinning that dude in the corner with shields was hilarious.

Im not gonna start about Damage in BF3 though since this game still has a lot to learn. Ah well BF4 soon i guess

cod4 vs bf3 lool would have been very embarrasing indeed

one of my friends actually got jets tanks and so on in a cod4 mod if hed of finished it would have been perfection.

There's no skill involved at all in gaining unlocks, they are awarded for time spent and not everyone has that time or inclination to invest. It doesn't detract from people who have them unlocked either because arguably the best gun in the game is 1st tier anyway.

Unlocks in their current incarnation are the scurge of the fps genre, no more so that the unobtainable state that was the grind of BF2.

Whilst I don't agree with paid for dlc it has its place in a broken system, and is needed to offer an alternative to that system.

Not sure if anyone has spotted this or has this issue but here goes:

Since the new update, I have a small lower case 'a' in the top left of my screen. Also whilst in combat, as I am killed, the screen goes black very briefly before going back to the normal dead cam / body falling.

Anyone else have something similar?

Disable fullscreen mode - save settings and exit settings menu - re-enter graphics menu and enable fullscreen mode

Check your refresh rate. I had that when it was set to 59hz. Putting it onto 60hz fixed it.
