Battlefield 3 thread - Server details in opening post -

On bandar desert, my team mates in vehicles were just firing at flags A,B,C locations from close to base and hardly moving ahead. While other team had almost captured all the flags.

I messaged my team to move forward and here is the response I get

Me: Team move forward

My teammate: fu

What is so different about that colour tweaker compared to what people were doing before Raven?

Has someone from PB/even balance said you won't get banned for using that particular one?

EDIT:

Reading on BL forums, people saying it does the same thing thing more or less, just a fancy control panel instead and only for colour related stuff, not weapon damage modifier etc.

GGC have said they won't ban for it.

1- Metro is incredibly easy to play.
2- Metro requires the least amount of thinking and planning of any map by far.
3- Metro is the only map where you always know what to do.
4- Metro is the fastest map by FAR to get to the action.
5- Metro has the most action of any map by FAR.
6- Metro has the most explosive action of any map by FAR.
7- Metro features the most team based activity by FAR. (no joke unfortunately)
8- Metro is the most rewarding map by far.
9- Metro is the map with least unpleasant surprises.
10- Metro is the least unpredictable map by far.
11- Metro is the map where your back is at its safest by far.
12- Metro is the least map by far to worry about vehicle ho's boosting their KD's. (ironic isn't it?)
13- Metro is the best map to boost your KD legally.
14- Metro IS the funnest map to play!

...with all these benefits and features how can Metro (aka Operation Corridor) NOT be the best and most played map in Battlefield 3?
Compare that to the AK maps which:
1- Focuses on vehicles.
2- Amplify all things horribly wrong with vehicles.
3- Introduces BF's first ever on rails vehicle of immense annoyance.
4- Introduces biggest BF map ever on 24p consoles.
5- Slow to no action for infantry.
6- Takes forever for infantry to find action.
7- **** poor rewards for infantry.

Honestly, it's people looking for vehicle action that are out of place in BF3.

metro and bizar are the best rest are bore fests

im playing bfbc2 now daily and literally every map even the worst are better than best bf3 maps. found some great full servers feels a lot better to play :D

better bullet reg , better maps , better everything come join dg on bfbc2 !!! :p

DG do you drive a hybrid?
 
such a shame dice did a rubbish job in the first place. i'll stick to the fxaa injector to fix the colours for now cos thats the only method that is safe and get's 50% of the improvement as the new methods.

i predict a lame attempt by dice to tweak the colours ever so slightly, so they can say they fixed it for us and we should shut up complaining about it now
