Finally think ive got to the bottom of the issue mate. Seems it was caused by a peice of software contained within asus ai suite 2, (network i control). Turned it off and now getting full speed from the line.

That is interesting to know. Whilst my pings in game are really low (11-15) my download and upload speeds are crap.

I have ASUS AI Suite 2 installed as well, though I never really use it now.

Going to uninstall it tonight.

FXAA improves the colours very nicely, (though i just used the game setting on my monitor for that), with the colour tweaker, the only thing i removed was the colour grading. Half blind in one eye here, and tbh the good eye isnt getting any better with age. Btw, how is performance in the game under win 8 so far?

i tried win 8 pro on bf3 it was fine then updated pb then i had nothing but issues with win 8 with my main games cod4 and dirt 3 and bf3 so i just went back to win7.

some run it fine some dont just google win 8 bf3 issues or problems.

win 8 actually very fast and good when you get used to it but its not what i would choose for a gamers op system just yet. maybe 6 months.

Your best best is to buy a £10 headset or summat. Listening is fine and all if your a quicker typer for in game chat...Up to you really, but we do tend to work together so makes a big difference.

What is your in game name? Me and a couple of lads can jump in your sqd and PTFO with you.

I'd say after last nights TVing yourself what 5 / 6 times, you are more than capable of killing yourself without this bug

I was pretty shocked when i was told what the problem was. I contacted my nephew who is big into networking, it's his part time work while at uni. I let him access my rig via team viewer. Network file transfer was fine, 11mbps across the network. Router settings were all in order. Then he asked me, whats this i control thing, i told him it was part of ai suite. I thought it was just a passive monitoring utility. Turns out, it prioritises network traffic. Thankfully it can be turned off in ai suite without having to uninstall the whole program.

I've played 360 hours and the teamwork doesn't really get any better:/

its due to dice decided to get the player more ability to do things like uav etc..but people dont behave as a team nor a group online normally.
Unless supported by the game.
could have told then that if they had asked.
