^^^^ LOL, I remember the thread, like there was ever the chance of unbanning. We (I say as I was 247 at the time) treated him terribly.

I had a look through the thread you mention and all of our staff members agreed with the decision, or didn't object to it, apart from one person. Can you please tell me who contacted you to say they didn't agree with it, or shared info with you, or gave you their login details? As far as im aware 99% of the staff members fully support the decision. If you think or know different then please let me know. If that many of our staff members don't agree with this decision then we need to know about it. Unfortunately the people you speak of decide not to mention it in your thread or support you in anyway.

Why would I give you the names Matt? So you can whack your ban hammer on them too for giving me the information as to why I was really banned? Christ it looks as though Joe was banned for unbanning people. You'd probably have your minions (aka Jimland) sent round to cut off peoples hands!
Perhaps you would like to share some of the posts from the thread where people were 100% positive I cheated? And by 100% I mean actually having hard evidence rather than "oh yes he cheats".
I believe there was a mention of me some how knowing where people were on Metro without seeing them. Both you and I think ClubFoot were evident to that when the server was empty and just getting populated.
Or do you mean the 100% evidence that I cheated when 'Captain America' said something similar to "The trouble with Jam0r is that some times he really is dreadful but other times he's just impossible.
Or the time I was getting owned on Seine Crossing and had a dreadful score. Only to rejoin the game and become the dodgiest player in the world?

No so we can ask them why when it was being discussed they either lied or didn't speak up. If you can't tell me then i can only assume you're lying in which case nothing will change. If you can tell me who it was, then i can tell you what, if anything, they posted in support or otherwise of your ban.

No names? No further action. You could have been told by staff members that are no longer with us.
I don't have to prove anything. We went with a majority decision which pretty much everyone agreed with and still agrees with. If you know different then please speak up or forever hold your peace and find somewhere else to play.
You're going to have to give me something significant if you want the decision to be reviewed, but we both know that won't happen, you need to protect your sources, right?

if you strafe type wiggle run like bunny hopping you can actually get to a point quicker
its been proven in videos and timed. i used to do it on metro all time and you can get upto a sec in front might not sound much but you there first and bang bang you control areas instantly.
reason i hate the term is many don't actually mean bunny jumping they mean jump shooting which is basically part of fps as you know. normally on bad run servers where most camp .

If thats the case and they come forward and support you then we will review the decision, you have my word. So either tell me who they are or ask them to contact me and it will get looked into. The ball is in your court.
No decision has been made on Battlefield 4 yet, lets see where this takes us for now.
James have you ever cheated in BF3. I suppose if there is any doubt a lifting of the ban for a probationary period would be a fair and just thing for Matt to consider, unless of course there is beyond reasonable doubt that foul play occured. (Thankfully most admin i come across are pretty fair and even handed. And ive only been kicked from a game for using very powerful bad language at roof glitchers a few times when they could have issued a ban. Likewise on this site i had a 7 day ban for not fully blanking out bad language which was firm but in a way fair......)
I personally hate cheats and what they do to the morale of gamers who have put the hours in, to perfect and hone skill to become a better player and I firmly believe they should have their origin account shut down.......
But if you are a victim who has played hard and long fairly to be better and been singled out and banned for being better that is a grave injustice....And I hope that isn't the case as Matt does seems like a decent guy....(From the posts ive read).....

I've never felt the need to cheat in BF3. I can't fly, I drive tanks like a blind person so instead I spend most of the time running around like a lunatic shooting people.
Don't get me wrong, this isn't a rant against 247. I thoroughly enjoyed my time playing in the community and have some fond memories of Captain America and Kun being stoned 24/7.

I normally don't comment on such matters as we leave that stuff for our forum and ban appeals section, but its hard not to respond sometimes when you're being addressed directly or someone is choosing to bring the matter up here. fair or harsh if they pay the bills and run the server not much you can do about it.
normally if someone cheats its not hard to find out through many ways even if they use a private hacks.
also many people use mouse hacks in bf3 and you can even buy mice for 12 quid lol new which have aim assist and no recoil built in. think most mouse companies will start doing this as standard soon anyway. roccat has done it and can still be done with roccat mice and razer mice.
