Looks like it may just be their behemoth release.
Plus, by the looks of things, Im gonna have to invest in another graphics card :O

I'm going to have to invest in a whole new setup - mine's now started locking up in MW2/BC2.
Poor old 6000+ X2 and 9800GT, alas they served me well :(

Looks awesome, just hope they aren't pulling some kind of wool over our eyes - would love it to be a true successor to BF2 or actually better it but I can't see that happening.

Still it's nice to see the PC version not being totally shunned in favour of consoles :D

If it turns out as good as it could be; there's likely three sales at least in this household.
Me and the middle brother have both been playing the BF series since BF2, and my youngest brother has just started getting in on 2/2142 action recently.
All 3 of us would probably consider getting a copy if it turns out worthwhile.

Wonder if or to what extent they're doing body awareness? Man, there's so much they could do with that, for first person games in general.

For example, they could completely do away with health bars/regen and make it where you simply view your condition based on how tattered/bloodied your clothes are. I'm sure they could work out a system where certain points would gradually wear/tear and also have it so wounds appear exactly where they struck. Things would mend (i.e. fade) back to normal when you heal (could simply do with preventing you from looking down then). Add that to injured legs making you hobble and such, tho in my opinion leave the ****ed vision out of it or make it contextual.

Another thing, being able to actually see the character manipulate gadgets/gear from pouches or pockets. Optionally, of course, as the camera shouldn't be forced, other than maybe during tutorials. As you may have guessed, when checking your ammo/suplies, forget numbers on a hud; you just look down at the relevant pouch.

Am I just insane, or would this stuff make first person much more awesome? :D
