Haha, I was just going to say, surprised you have even time to come on and post with all the Asgard's Wrath you and Shi Warrior have been playing :)

And I am sure you will beat it no bother when you make a few attempts at it! You know that any song that I actually finish is easy mode expert plus :)

There's a bit where you need to circle the left saber whilst going up and down with the right I think, it requires rhythm rather than reaction, so I struggle :D.

haha, I know the place. I struggle through it all, but, my trick of not trying to hit every note got me through today for some reasoning. My method also means I get crappy scores :)
 
Still can't quite get my head around that bit in crab rave, can't resist the urge to try and hit them all, and I'm usually weakened from the section immediately before.

That said, I have just completed (not high scores though) breezer and country rounds, on expert+ and faster song setting :D. Country rounds is a bloody workout!

Well done Unseul!! :) I don't think I will ever get to expert plus on faster.
 
Do people tinker with the settings much? Just updated BS/BMBF and a song I am normally good at (for my standards) feels off in terms of the timing/syncing. Height meter is set to automatic.

I turn off the automatic height tracking. And before I play, I set the height. That's the only setting I change now. Apart from changing all the colours to red and blue.

In the beginning I did a lot of messing the wand rotation, height etc. But, now I just leave it at default and play.
 
if you get a progam caleld BMBF Manager, you can switch between modded and unmodded BS so you can keep multiplayer. There is a mod in the works for custom songs multiplayer i think

Love the following songs :) - all working/downloaded through BMBF.

Lil Nas X (HOLIDAY) - been doing this one on expert recently, awful at first and then it just suddenly clicked. It's very good for upping your game with certain rotations/note/swing types at a fast pace.
Tones And I (Dance Monkey)
Marnik (Up & Down) - bonkers song but lots of fun. Definitely need the 'no fail crutch' on expert.
Michael Jackson (Beat It)
Kaskade (Never Sleep Alone) - the song that drew me to Beat Saber - nice track.

I have now installed BMBF!! Will give some of these a go :) thanks for the recommendations.
 
Get yourself onto bsaber and go through the top rated songs. Download them all and try them out.

You'll find some songs you like but have a rubbish map, bit you'll also find 'chessy' pop music which can flow really well and are enjoyable.

Yeah I done this ish. Went through the list and downloaded a few I recognise. A few weren't particularly difficult for 'expert' and a bit boring, a couple I found were not too bad.
I was expecting better if these are the top rated, but I'll keep going and see what I find, and I'll try songs I don't know as well, that might be where I'm going wrong.
 
We've got Beat Sabre on the PS4 VR. I have the linkin park song pack, but when I looked for other song packs I could only see a few. Should I be expecting to see shed loads or is that it? Are there loads more if I go online to the PS Store rather than from inside the game menu itself?
