Yup, you can return anything under CCR within 14 days, no reason needs to be given. Delivery cost can be pretty expensive though depending on who you use and what type of service you go for.
I do hope badass or pcm2 get an answer back about what exactly has changed with firmware V2 and these supposedly new panels but.... it has been quite a while since they asked :/
So is the firmware issue with these all down to freesync, because I was considering picking one up to use with my new 980ti as the reviews are just so much better than gambling on ACER.
So I was expecting the monitor to be delivered on Wednesday but it looks like it could arrive today, if it does I'll try get some pics up tonight and see how the **B-Grade** is.

So far so good. No dead pixels, screen looks great but cannot get Freesync enabled. Tried turning blur reduction on and off but still no option in CCC. Reinstalling the amd drivers now.
A Gigabyte R9 290 and yeah, it had been opened before, in fact the previous RMA number was still attached.
