I would not buy on the basis of warranty... I've yet to find a warranty thats worth the paper is written on
Maybe in that case then people should use the consumer rights act 1974 which states that retailers should not tell the consumer to go directly to the manufacturer for warranties (mine did) which is against the law,when my cards started to give me headaches because of the severe strobing effects,then i should have took them to the retailer as i purchased them off them and not the manufacturer,i should give the retailer adequate time to either repair/replace them satisfactorily if this cannot be achieved they should offer a credit note and this stands for upto 5yrs in the U.K.
